Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to neonates in the NICU.
- Monitor and assess the condition of patients, including vital signs.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with care plans.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
- Educate and support families about their infants’ conditions and care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.
- Participate in ongoing education, quality improvement initiatives, and staff development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or equivalent.
- Current nursing license in Qatar (or eligibility for licensure).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a NICU setting.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of neonatal care protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
