Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pharmacist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for dispensing medications, providing pharmaceutical information to healthcare professionals and patients, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Dispense medications accurately and efficiently
- Provide consultation to patients and healthcare professionals on the proper use of medications
- Monitor drug therapies for interactions, contraindications, duplications, and allergies
- Maintain accurate patient medication records
- Comply with all state and federal drug laws as regulated by the pharmacy board
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Maintain inventory control and ensure proper storage of medications
- Assist in the management of pharmacy staff, including training and scheduling
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or PharmD degree from an accredited institution
- Valid pharmacist license
- 04 years of experience working as a pharmacist in a retail or hospital pharmacy setting
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical regulations and standards of practice
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
