About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Nurse Manager for the Labor & Delivery (LDR) Department to join our hospital. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, ensure high-quality patient care, and provide strong leadership to the nursing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the LDR nursing team to ensure safe and efficient patient care.
- Oversee staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Implement and monitor clinical standards, policies, and procedures.
- Coordinate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and hospital quality standards.
- Support staff development through training, mentoring, and continuous education.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (Master’s preferred).
- Valid nursing license.
- Minimum 7–10 years of nursing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within LDR or Women’s Health.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in a hospital setting within the Middle East is an advantage.
- Arabic Female Candidate is preferred.
