Caregiver

Job Summary & Scope:

The trayline caregiver shall be responsible in providing smooth trayline service and in charge for delivering and collecting food trolleys and collaborating with the team member to provide efficient service.

• Essential Job Functions & Key responsibilities:
  Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
• Collecting and delivering food trolleys from the kitchen to the patients’ floor
• Collecting clearance trolley from the floors and bringing them back to the dish washing area
• Preparation of trayline items and mis en place
• Maintaining confidentiality of proprietary materials and information
• Utilizing company tools, equipment, machines, or other assets in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Developing and maintaining a positive and productive working relationship with other Team Members and departments
• Follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards
• Have full knowledge of beverage lists and promotions
• Have full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
• Other duties as assigned

Knowledge & Qualifications:

Education:
Previous service experience an asset
University/College degree in a related discipline preferred

Experience:
Previous point of sale system experience an asset
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
