Essential Job Functions:

  • Liaising with End User for Medical Consumables / Opex & Capex requirements.
  • Validating the Budget information based on each requirement.
  • Coordination between End User and Management for Approvals.
  • Organising Demonstration, Evaluation and technical Presentation.
  • Coordination with End User, Suppliers for obtaining the offers.
  • Maintaining Procurement Committee Tracker.
  • Capex PO processing.
  • Monitoring and Managing Day to Day Procurement Operations.

Qualification Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
  • Minimum 4 to 5 years of relevant experience or in a similar role.
  • Previous experience in a hospital is highly desired.
