Aman Hospital is seeking a qualified and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Inpatient Department (IPD) team. The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering high-quality patient care and working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide safe, effective, and patient-centered nursing care to inpatients

Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the medical team

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

Maintain accurate nursing documentation and patient records

Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and infection control standards

Support patients and families with education and emotional care
Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing

Valid Nursing License (Qatar license preferred or eligible for licensing)

Minimum 5 years of experience in an inpatient hospital setting

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work shifts and in a fast-paced environment
