Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse – Orthopedic to join our clinical team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients with orthopedic conditions, including trauma, fractures, joint replacements, and post-surgical recovery. This role requires strong clinical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide specialized nursing care to orthopedic patients in accordance with clinical guidelines and standards.

Assist orthopedic surgeons during procedures and support post-operative recovery.

Monitor patient progress, document care, and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.

Administer medications, wound care, and pain management.

Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, mobility assistance, and post-discharge care.

Ensure patient safety and maintain a clean, organized, and compliant environment.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSc Nursing).

Valid Nursing License from home country.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Orthopedic Nursing.

QCHP license or eligibility is preferred.

Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.

Excellent communication and patient-care abilities.
- Arabic is mandatory.
